I provide story-telling photography.  I love to capture unique images of families together as well as capturing your children's unique features and the connection between parent and their kids.  My passion is documenting the emotion that unfolds during my time with people.

I graduated in Business Management from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge (Geaux Tigers!) and while I've worked in the business world for years, I've found that photography is my passion.  Taking photography classes has helped me develop my trade and put that passion to work.    I have decided to take my knowledge in business and my new skills in photography to launch Alta Loma Photography. 

Over time, I took the leap from the corporate world into studying photography, volunteering and currently developing my portfolio.  Though I have taken some of my business acumen to do some commercial photography like real estate pictures,  I am currently more interested in photographing families, couples and doing portraits.  

Regardless of the occasion, I always start by getting to know my clients…what they are looking for in the photos.  This is the basis for my creative direction.  

It's exciting for me to record the joy, settings and beauty of special times in people's lives.  My "job" is to capture some of the best and happiest moments- families being together.
